Return Policy

At Aziz Ocean Flavours, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every dry fish product is fresh, hygienic, and safely packed. However, because dry fish is a perishable food item, returns are accepted only under specific conditions listed below.

✔ Eligible for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged or tampered package
  • The product inside is spoiled, contaminated, or incorrect
  • You receive a different item than what you ordered
  • There is a quality issue proven with photos or video
  • The quantity received is less than what was ordered

✔ Conditions to Raise a Claim

To process your request smoothly:

  1. Send us clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  2. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Product must be unopened and unused (except in case of spoilage).

❌ Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or refunds if:

  • You changed your mind after delivery
  • The product has been opened or partially used
  • The natural smell or taste of dry fish is not preferred
  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer unavailability

📦 Refund Process

After verifying your claim:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method OR
  • We can resend a replacement product based on your choice
  • Refunds usually take 2–5 business days
